The problem
Most fractional CMOs and marketing directors think at the strategy level. They can build a plan, run a team, and map a go-to-market. But ask them to set up an n8n workflow, build a content pipeline, or fix your attribution layer, and they hand it off to someone else.
Automation agencies go the other direction. They can build the workflow. But they don’t know how to tie it to customer acquisition, product positioning, or a business strategy that compounds over time.

Who I am
Most of my career has been at the intersection of strategy and execution. Product marketing at enterprise scale. Growth frameworks for SaaS companies. Digital transformation across B2B and B2C markets. Somewhere along the way, I realised the biggest constraint wasn’t the strategy. It was the infrastructure underneath it.
